Terms and Conditions

Preamble

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between GM Prestige, a private chauffeur transportation company, and its clients. Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 1 – Services Offered

GM Prestige offers the following services:

  • Airport transfers (CDG, Orly, Le Bourget)
  • Hourly hire (full day, half day, evening)
  • Events (weddings, galas, conferences)
  • Business transportation

Article 2 – Booking

Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone or email. Any booking is considered firm and final after written confirmation from GM Prestige and acceptance of the quote by the client.

The client agrees to provide accurate information regarding: date, time, pick-up and destination locations, number of passengers and any specific requirements.

Article 3 – Rates and Prices

Prices are fixed in advance and communicated to the client before any booking. They include:

  • Transportation with professional chauffeur
  • Luxury vehicle (Mercedes S-Class, V-Class or E-Class)
  • Still and sparkling water on board
  • Universal chargers
  • Personalized welcome with tablet

Tolls, parking and additional expenses requested by the client are invoiced separately upon presentation of receipts.

Article 4 – Payment Terms

Payment can be made by:

  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash (within legal limits)

For businesses, 30-day payment terms may be granted after validation of a client account.

Article 5 – Cancellation and Modification

Cancellation conditions:

  • More than 24h before: free cancellation
  • Between 12h and 24h before: 50% of amount charged
  • Less than 12h before: 100% of amount charged
  • No-show: 100% of amount charged

Article 6 – Liability

GM Prestige undertakes to do everything possible to ensure punctuality and service quality. However, GM Prestige cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control (exceptional traffic jams, accidents, weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

The client is responsible for their personal belongings during the journey. GM Prestige declines all responsibility in case of loss or theft of items left in the vehicle.

Article 7 – Confidentiality

GM Prestige and its chauffeurs undertake to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding clients' travels, conversations and information. This obligation of discretion is a fundamental value of our service.

Article 8 – Conduct on Board

Smoking, vaping or consuming messy food in vehicles is prohibited. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or their guests will be charged. GM Prestige reserves the right to refuse or interrupt a service in case of inappropriate behavior.

Article 9 – Complaints

Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 48 hours following the service to [email protected]. GM Prestige undertakes to handle each complaint with the greatest attention.

Article 10 – Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing agreement, the courts of Paris will have sole jurisdiction.
